MUMBAI: A 14-year-old boy has lodged a police complaint of sodomy against his grandparents who are in their 70s. The Juhu police have registered a case under Pocso, but suspect it is the fallout of a property dispute.The 14-year-old minor boy has alleged that his grandparents (73) and (70) sexually assaulted him, beat him and threatened him. The police have also invoked sections of criminal intimidation and voluntarily causing hurt. The boy is undergoing treatment.According to the police, the victim’s parents told police that last Wednesday afternoon, the victim came home crying. The boy alleged that his grandparents sexually assaulted him. When he raised an alarm, the duo beat him and threatened him, asking him not to disclose it to anyone.
