Alleged Real Estate Scam Activities in Aarey Colony

Scam activities have become increasingly common nowadays, with many people introducing new methods to deceive the public for financial gain.
Recently, a matter has come to light in the Aarey Colony and Royal Palms area involving an individual allegedly offering sealed or disputed properties on a rental basis or demanding heavy deposits from people. The individual reportedly claims to be involved in real estate work in Aarey Colony and Royal Palms and states that he has strong connections with bungalow owners and officials from the administration department.
According to local sources, the person identifies himself as Parvez Musa Shaikh, a resident of Filterpada, Powai. It is alleged that he claims involvement in land encroachment activities related to warehouse and gala spaces around the Film City area.
There are also allegations from local residents that the individual may be involved in illegal activities, including drug peddling in the Royal Palms and Aarey Film City region. It is further claimed that he has previously been booked in criminal cases registered at Powai, Dindoshi, and Vanrai police stations.
